- 1 can your favorite canned fruit (16-oz.), drained
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup your favorite yogurt
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
1. In a large bowl, mix all the fruit together.
2. If using cinnamon, mix cinnamon and yogurt together in a smaller bowl.
3. Serve the fruit mixture in cups or small bowls. Top each bowl with the yogurt.
- Use frozen fruit in place of canned or fresh.
