- 1½ -2 cups your favorite frozen fruit
- 1 banana
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 handful of spinach (optional)
1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
2. Blend until smoothie, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Substitute fruits you have on-hand. If you use fresh fruit, you may need to add a few ice cubes.
Substitute the plain yogurt with your favorite flavor.
