Carrot Raisin Salad

Serves: 6


  • 5-6 carrots
  • Β½ cup raisins
  • 1 plain or vanilla yogurt (6-oz.)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Wash, peel, and shred the carrots.
  2. Mix in other ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate and serve chilled.


  • Add ΒΌ cup of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or chopped walnuts.
