Fruit Salad

Serves: 6


  • 1 can your favorite canned fruit (16-oz.), drained
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup your favorite yogurt
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)


  1. In a large bowl, mix all the fruit together.
  2. If using cinnamon, mix cinnamon and yogurt together in a smaller bowl.
  3. Serve the fruit mixture in cups or small bowls. Top each bowl with the yogurt. 


  • Use frozen fruit in place of canned or fresh.
