Homemade Sports Drink

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup hot water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3.5 cups cold water
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

1. In a large pitcher, dissolve sugar and salt in hot water.

2. Add cold water, orange juice, and lemon juice and stir.
