Ingredients:
- 5-6 carrots
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 plain or vanilla yogurt (6-oz.)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Wash, peel, and shred the carrots.
- Mix in other ingredients.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Tip:
- Add ¼ cup of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or chopped walnuts.
