Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
- 1 can garbanzo beans (15-oz.), rinsed and drained
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1 Tbs diced onion
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
- Romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve in lettuce leaves, on bread, or with crackers (optional).
