Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 – 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 cup torn kale or spinach
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Blend banana, milk, kale/spinach, peanut butter, cinnamon, and Greek yogurt (optional) in blender until smooth.
- For a thicker smoothie, add 2-3 cubes of ice before blending or freeze the banana the night before.
