Ingredients:
- 1 can your favorite canned fruit (16-oz.), drained
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup your favorite yogurt
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix all the fruit together.
- If using cinnamon, mix cinnamon and yogurt together in a smaller bowl.
- Serve the fruit mixture in cups or small bowls. Top each bowl with the yogurt.
Tip:
- Use frozen fruit in place of canned or fresh.
