Ingredients:
- 1½ -2 cups your favorite frozen fruit
- 1 banana
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 handful of spinach (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smoothie, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Tips:
- Substitute fruits you have on-hand. If you use fresh fruit, you may need to add a few ice cubes.
- Substitute the plain yogurt with your favorite flavor.
